Whether you are into running, cross-fit, lifting, cycling, or are a professional athlete, this service is for you. All ages are welcome – we work with young athletes in their teens all the way to retired pros.

Working with athletes requires a different approach than during a regular therapeutic massage. We are dealing with more muscle density, significant muscular hypertonicity (tightness), and, in most cases, injuries. In order to be effective and give you the results that last, we set limits on what we can effectively cover in each session based on the amount of time we have.

Please, read the descriptions of each service to get a good idea about what we can deliver for you during each session.

  • Focused, very detailed work to address any condition in one body region to bring you immediate relief and make you feel at ease. Here, we treat one body region only, focusing on every muscle group that may be associated with your condition.

    No full body work here, as we need to really go deep into the tissues to bring you desired pain/tension relief.

  • Focused therapy session on one or two specific body regions. We focus only on those conditions for the duration of the entire session to make sure that we assess and treat every single muscle group that might be contributing to tightness, tension, and pain to give you results that will last. No full body work here.

  • Balance is a bridge between focused work and full body massage. Here, we focus on one to two specific areas first and, then, do a quick warm-up on the rest of the body.

    You will feel the benefits of the highly detailed work where you need it the most plus will sense more balance in your entire body.

  • We go through your body, identify all areas of tension, and work on releasing them. We will warm up, condition, and flush all the muscles so they are ready for peak performance.

    This is a more comprehensive massage session that covers the entire body in a greater detail. Great for injury prevention and overall body maintenance in between regular trainings.

  • Our extended therapy session, aimed for even longer, more detailed and comprehensive work.

    Great before/after an extensive training event or for extreme muscle tightness.
